Hey I’m Pol 👋
I’ve always been the kinda girl who’s likes to live from the truest part of myself, follow my heart and know myself to the core.
So when something feels off in my body, mind and emotions and I don’t feel truly connected to myself, I take action and do something about it so it doesn’t affect my peace.
There was a time I felt very anxious, insecure and fearful about life. Like a low level heavy block was clouding my path and vision.
I was struggling to make peace with my past and it was really affecting my life.
